Whether we identify as atheist, agnostic, spiritual-but-not-religious, Jewish, Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, or something else, we live in cultures shaped by the Bible. I teach reading practices that allow atheists and theists, liberals and conservatives, evangelicals and progressives, fundamentalists, modernists, and everyone in between to encounter the Bible together.
